A Birthday Film includes:Stylised Menu, with moving chapter buttons, High Impact Photographic and home video presentations set to music, Filming of the birthday preparations, games, food, present opening, cake cutting, and interviews with guests and the birthday boy or girl, High Definition Footage of a family activity Personalised DVD label and Jacket Ability to view film via secure Internet logon prior to final edit. Ability to have friends and family view the film for a short period with your approval.

A Special Event Film includes: Stylised Menu, with moving chapter buttons, High Impact Photographic and home video presentations set to music if appropriate, High Definition footage of the occasion as determined by B2B films and the customer Personalised DVD label and Jacket Ability to view film via secure Internet logon prior to final edit. Ability to have friends and family view the film for a short period with your approval. Option of commissioning a team DVD thereby reducing the cost.

A Yearly Update Film includes:Stylised Menu, with moving chapter buttons, High Impact Photographic and home video presentations set to music, Professional Interview with two persons (siblings?) of your choice plus your child, High Definition Footage of a family activity Personalised DVD label and Jacket Ability to view film via secure Internet logon prior to final edit. Ability to have friends and family via the film for a short period with your approval.

As each film is as individual as the child it celebrates, each film will contain different footage and vary in length. Bump2Baby Films will charge you $450.00 for your completed film which will be normally be 30 minutes in duration. For each additional 10 minute blocks above the 30 minutes you will be charged $100.00. Hours of footage and hundreds of photographs will be reviewed, altered, discarded and included to produce 30 minutes of completed film. Special Event films are quoted on an individual basis given the number of children who may require their five minutes of fame. Additional DVD copies will incur a cost of $29.00 to cover burning time and artwork. BluRay copies will incur a cost of $49.00 given the increased cost of BluRay discs. Payment of 40% is required prior to Bump2Baby films attending your home, 40% is required after filming and prior to editing with the final 20% applicable once you have given approval to the draft film via internet log on.

Once we have concluded filming and collected all the media from you a two week post production period is entered where the film is compiled. At the conclusion of this period you will receive an email providing information to access your film via this webpage. The film will be accessible for 24 hours to anyone you provide your details to. During this time any suggested edits can occur. Once you are satisfied, the final movie will prepared, packaged and forwarded to you. Generally three weeks from beginning to end is required, however this may alter due to the length of the final film.

We organize to attend your place of residence where all the filming will occur and at a time that is mutually suitable. We do not work on Sunday’s. If you or your partner work fulltime, we can attend your home prior to you attending work early in the morning. Yes we too have young children and are awake at 2.00am. 4.00am, 5.00am etc….in fact none of us have slept properly since 2003 so early is not a problem for us!

One member in each team has been trained in interviewing techniques; they will make you feel comfortable with the process and happy to participate. Sometimes this is achieved by having you talk while you engage in an every day activity such as nappy changing, feeding etc. However, if you are adamant that you do not wish to be on film, then that is just fine, we will use the time and the film to capture more family footage instead. Our intention is for you the customer to be happy with not only the finished product but the journey in achieving that aim.

That is ok. Prior to attending your home you will receive an information pack in the mail that includes checklists for media, an interview template and suggested music list.

Absolutely, gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months. This is a nice idea for baby shower groups, especially if it is a second or third baby and everything possible is already purchased.

No. The same fees as previously indicated still apply.

Yes. Bump2Baby Films pays an annual license fee to ARIA and AMCOS to permit us to use any music in our films. However, you are not permitted to show your DVD publicly, it is a domestic license only.

Yes. Every repeat film will be entitled to a 10% discount.

Absolutely. It is your film and we will facilitate however we can, although our advice is based upon experience we are more than happy to consider your ideas.

Tell us prior to filming and we can purchase the appropriate licenses; however, this cost will be passed on to you.
